The flap wheels with hole are formed by abrasive cloth flaps placed radially around an iron flange.
Ideal for roughing, grinding, cleaning, satin finishing and trimming of both flat and curved wide surfaces.
They can be used on manual machine tools or on stationary machines based on their diameter. The product is constructed on a wide range of sizes and grains (Click here and download the 2016 Flap Wheels with Hole product sheet for more details).
They can be made on aluminium oxide cloths ideal for generic metals, with zirconium cloths for stainless steel operations, and with silicium carbide cloths for glass, marble, and other hard materials.
