The flap discs are formed by abrasive cloth flaps glued to a nylon or glass fiber support.
Useful for smearing, grinding, and trimming small and wide metallic surfaces. They can be used on portable grinders.
The product can be constructed with a flat or conical structure with a wide range of sizes and grains (Click here and download the 2016 Flap Discs product sheet for more details).
They can be made on aluminium oxide, zirconium, ceramic, or silicium carbide cloths according to the materials that have to be prepared.
